Light therapy involves the use of light-emitting diodes (LEDs) to deliver a specific wavelength of light that can be absorbed by cells in the body. The LED type determines the wavelength of light and can be tuned to a particular tissue or organ.

1.It is recommended to use six times a week for 24 minutes each time, once a day, and adhere to the treatment for 8-12 weeks.
2.This helmet supports two working modes: CW (continuous wave, beads will be on all the time) and PW (Pulsing mode, beads will be on and off cyclically at certain frequency.)
3.Pulsing is superior to CW for most application except nerve regeneration. Please try to use PW (pulsing working) mode to enjoy your treatments except nerve regeneration.
4.Frequency is from 1-20000Hz, common use frequency is 4 preset frequency (see how to choose frequency in the manual).
5.810nm is visible and you can see 810nm diodes working by eyes or phones in the dark room; 1070nm is invisible, it is normal.You can see 1070nm diodes working by accessory detected card.
6.Please wear the goggles (protection glasses) when you enjoy treatment.
